She is the fifth
mahavidya among the ten .She is lustrous like the
rising sun. Garland of skull are adorned in her neck. She has a
cresent moon on her forehead and she has four hand . In the left
raised hand she has a rosary and vedas in the down left hand and
the right raised hand is in abhay mudra , right down hand in var
mudra .Bhairavi is the worthly consort of Bhairva
of singular heroism. She destroys all the miseries of devotees.
